Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided that the timepiece meets the following criteria:

-Unworn & Unused: The watch must be in its original, unused condition. If there are any signs of wear or adjustments made to the strap, your return request will be denied, and the watch will be sent back to you.

-Original and Resalable Condition: The timepiece must be in its original, resalable condition, with any tamper-evident labels still intact.

-Original Packaging: The watch must be returned in its original packaging, including all items supplied at the time of purchase.

To initiate a return, please reach out to our Customer Support Team by emailing us at info@lorenzo-ricci.com. A member of our team will respond within 2 business days with detailed instructions on how to proceed. You will be provided with a return authorization number, which must be included in your return shipment. Returns sent without this authorization number will not be accepted or processed.

Please note that we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping and do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product. All returns should be sent to our warehouse in Bulgaria.
