SHIPPING POLICY
Please refer to the table below for a complete list of delivery times. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Bulgaria. Typically, orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. However, during holidays and sale seasons, please allow additional time for processing. We have chosen Bulgaria as our logistics hub in Europe due to its low costs.
EUROPEAN UNION
We handle orders Monday through Friday. Please be aware that we do not ship on weekends. If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be made once your order is processed. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this email. We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier.For additional shipping services like "Signature Required," choose the appropriate option at checkout. If no one will be available to receive the package, contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are based on courier estimates and are not guaranteed. For international orders, delivery times depend on your country's customs processing and may be delayed by backlogs, which is beyond our control. Address Accuracy
Providing inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or having unverified order details, may delay processing by 1-2 business days. Review your shipping and billing information carefully before checkout to avoid delays.
Your package may or may not require a signature upon delivery. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided; however, it is at the discretion of the delivery courier to determine if the package is safe to leave unattended. If they consider it unsafe, the package may be held at a local post office or another delivery attempt may be scheduled. We recommend providing a shipping address where you or someone else will be available to accept the package, such as a work address or a friend’s address.
If you encounter any issues with the shipment of your order, please email us at info@lorenzo-ricci.com, and we will respond as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, Lorenzo Ricci is not responsible for any losses or damages. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information provided and contact the Postal Service, DHL, or your local courier to ensure the successful delivery of your purchase. We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our ability, but unfortunately, we cannot provide a replacement or refund until the item is successfully returned or confirmation of its return is provided. Any issues with shipping must be reported to us within a reasonable timeframe (7 days).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, which may take up to 24 hours, sent to the email address provided at checkout. A second email will be sent once your order has shipped, including your tracking number and a link to track your package. If there is an issue with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Please allow 1-2 days for tracking information to update. In rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time.
TAXES & DUTIESS
Since our logistic center is in Europe, shipments within the European Union typically do not incur additional VAT or import taxes, as these are already included in the price. Items sent via DHL Express cannot be 'returned to sender,' so it is the customer's responsibility to understand any local duties or other fees that may be due upon arrival for international orders. We are unable to provide a refund if the package is refused by the customer upon delivery.
RETURNS
By placing an order with Lorenzo Ricci Watches, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to return your items.
